Addison Teng
President
Violinist and pedagogue Addison C. Teng has given extensive solo and chamber music concerts throughout Asia, Europe, South America, and the United States. He is the director of the Fulton Summer Music Academy, Fulton In Residence, and Fulton Conservatory of Music programs. Teng received the 2018 Outstanding Young Alumni Award from Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music, is recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus of the Meadowmount School of Music, and has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. He earned his Master of Music in Violin Performance and Pedagogy from Northwestern University's Bienen School of Music and his Bachelor of Music from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music. Teng founded the Fulton Music Society out of his passionate belief in the importance of a holistic musical education.

Amy Hess
Secretary/Treasurer
Amy Hess is a violist with the Lyric Opera of Chicago and the Grant Park Orchestra, and is a faculty member of the Fulton Summer Music Academy. She has performed with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Chicago Philharmonic, and Music of the Baroque, and was formerly principal viola of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago. Hess has been recently heard on WFMT as a part of the Rush Hour Concerts and Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concerts. She earned her Master of Music in Viola from Northwestern University's Bienen School of Music and is a Phi Beta Kappa alumna of Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music, where she earned degrees in French and violin. She is proud to have helped bring the Fulton Music Society to life and eager to help it grow.

Terri Browne Kutzen
Board Member
Terri's first career spanned 30 years at IBM Corporation in sales, operations, financial planning
and pricing, management, marketing and communications, training and organizational
development. Terri has extensive leadership capabilities and experience as a certified coach,
facilitator and organizational leadership resource. She heads a private practice offering
coaching, group facilitation and strategic planning consulting to non-profit organizations as well
individuals seeking to strengthen their own leadership skills. Having served on several boards
and chairing 4 of them, she enjoys helping leadership teams strengthen their management systems
and governance models. Active in her community, her current focus is on building sustainable
community gardens in her community, bringing more residents in touch with nature and the joys
of growing organic food and addressing the local problems of hunger and isolation.

Megan Lindgren
Board Member
Megan Lindgren is a lawyer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Her practice is focused on financial services, payment systems, and financial innovation. She earned her BA in Economics and Statistics, with Minors in Mathematics and Music from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and JD from the University of Chicago Law School. Megan grew up in the Chicago metropolitan area and began studying classical music at the age of six. She plays the piano, violin, and viola. She has participated in the Interlochen Arts Camp, National High School Music Institute at Northwestern University, and the Music Institute of Chicago Adult Chamber Music Program. Megan is passionate about expanding access to the arts and honored to serve on the Board of the Fulton Music Academy.
